Abstract
Nowadays, the global market is changing rapidly, and in order to remain competitive, more flexibility in production processes is needed, products are produced at low prices, in accordance with high quality standards. and of course shorter delivered on time to give demand As a result, enterprises strive to improve their performance economically and technically. The principles of Lean Manufacturing are one of the important tools to achieve this goal. Lean manufacturing tools have been widely used in various industries around the world over the past two decades. However, the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in developing countries has been studied somewhat less. Therefore, the purpose of this research work is to identify the current needs of developing country industries for the application of the Lean approach.
