Digital immunity includes protection against the negative impact of social networks, manipulative media, and information flows, as well as the development of critical thinking and psychological resilience. The article examines methods of formation based on pedagogical approaches (interactive methods, gamification, simulations) and psychological mechanisms (cognitive inoculation, emotional regulation).
