Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the main reasons for the increase in allergic diseases in children in recent years. The influence of environmental factors, poor nutrition, hereditary predisposition, weakening of the immune system, and the modern lifestyle on the origin of allergic diseases is highlighted. It also discusses the negative impact of atmospheric pollution, chemicals, artificial food products, and stress factors on children’s bodies. The article also highlights the importance of prevention, early diagnosis of allergic diseases, and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
