Abstract

This study examined the role of teacher training in improving the quality of English language teaching in Uzbekistan. It explored current challenges in teacher preparedness and evaluated the effectiveness of professional development programs. The findings suggested that continuous training significantly enhances teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
