Abstract
This article examines, from a scholarly perspective, the social role of the educator-teacher, their significance within the educational system, and their sociocultural functions. The study is devoted to investigating the personal qualities and professional competencies of educator-teachers, as well as their contribution to the sociocultural development of society. Employing theoretical analysis, observation, and survey methods, this research provides a scientific basis for the contention that the educator-teacher serves not merely as a transmitter of knowledge, but as a decisive factor in the moral and spiritual development of individuals and in the cultivation of civic virtues.
