Abstract
Popular culture, often referred to as “pop culture” encompasses the ideas, attitudes, beliefs, and trends that dominate a society at a particular point in time. It is expressed through various mediums, including music, film, television, fashion, social media, and literature. While popular culture may seem like a reflection of society's current state, it also plays a significant role in shaping history, influencing politics, economics, and social norms. This article explores how popular culture has impacted historical events, societal evolution, and collective consciousness.
