Design and implementation of a methodological module aimed at developing educators’ spiritual and moral competence in the professional development system

Abstract

This article discusses the design and implementation of a methodological module aimed at developing the spiritual and moral competence of preschool educators within the professional development system. The module is intended to strengthen educators’ spiritual and moral values, systematize their professional ethics and legal knowledge, develop ethical decision-making skills, and enhance reflective competence. The study analyzes the content, structure, and implementation mechanisms of the methodological module developed on the basis of the competency-based approach.
