Abstract
This article explores the role and significance of international logistics in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of foreign trade operations. The study analyzes how logistics systems influence the cost, time, and quality of international transactions and examines the global trends in supply chain management that contribute to the development of trade relations between countries. Particular attention is paid to the experience of developed economies in organizing transport, warehousing, and customs processes, as well as the potential for integrating advanced logistics solutions in the context of Uzbekistan’s trade modernization. The paper provides recommendations for improving the logistics infrastructure and institutional mechanisms to foster sustainable growth in foreign trade.
