Honored with the “Culture and Art Devotee” Badge: Recognizing Artistic Excellence and Cultural Leadership

This article highlights the recognition of Oybek Islamov, a prominent monumental painter, educator, and scholar, who was awarded the “Culture and Art Devotee” badge by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2025. The text situates the award within the national context of cultural development and acknowledges Islamov’s multifaceted contributions to art, education, and public projects.
