Abstract

Abstarct: This article analyzes the role of the teacher’s personality in pedagogical activity on a comprehensive and deep scientific-theoretical basis. In particular, the professional competence, personal qualities, moral values, communicative abilities and pedagogical skills of the teacher are highlighted as important factors that ensure the effectiveness of the educational process. During the study, it was found that the structural components of the teacher’s personality - knowledge, skills, qualifications, motivation and socio-psychological characteristics-have a direct impact on the level of student assimilation, the ability to think independently, as well as on personal development. The article will also consider new requirements for the personality of the teacher in the conditions of modern education, innovative approaches and ways to improve pedagogical activity. The results of the study suggest that each component of the teacher’s personality is important in improving the quality of education, while their harmonious development is effective and.
