Abstract
This article analyzes the content of mutual listening skills in piano ensemble performance, its role in ensemble performance, and its significance in the formation of performance skills. Mutual listening is highlighted as an important factor ensuring the unity of the ensemble’s musical thinking, rhythmic harmony, dynamic balance, tempo stability, and artistic interpretation. It also examines pedagogical methods for developing a culture of cooperation within a piano ensemble, forming a listening culture, and improving musical communication during the performance process.
