Abstract
This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of organizing visual arts education based on modern pedagogical technologies, the essence of using innovative approaches in the educational process, and their significance in developing students’ creative activity and aesthetic thinking. It also analyzes the role of art education in the contemporary educational system, its integration with pedagogical technologies, and the effectiveness of organizing instruction based on a competency-oriented approach.
